Self drilling fasteners are used for many applications within the whole roofing industry and the premium quality DRILLFAST self drilling fastener range is readily available from any SIG branch. These specialist DRILLFAST products have replaced many of the more traditional fixing methods.

Fibre cement sheeting has traditionally been fixed using hook bolts, which take a long time to install and the installation process can be labourious. SIG offer the ‘DRILLFAST FCW’ range of fasteners which are purpose made for fibre cement applications. The ‘DRILLFAST FCW’ fasteners are installed from on top of the roof, not from the underside like hook bolts, making them more user friendly.

The finish is also more pleasing to the eye and, most importantly, they require less time to install.
