Marley Waterproofing has recently launched a new generation of British Board of Agrément (BBA) approved underlays for pitched roofs. The introduction of the RoofTX and Ultima products is the result of extensive research and development undertaken in partnership with Don & Low.

• RoofTX Super is a high performance breathable (vapour permeable) underlay for ventilated or non-ventilated cold or warm pitched roofs. 
• Ultima PR is a high resistance non-breather underlay for ventilated cold pitched roofs.

Undertile range features:

• Provides a barrier to minimize the wind uplift load acting on the slates or tiles.
• Provides a secondary barrier to the ingress of wind driven rain, snow and dust. 
• Transports moisture resulting from any leaking through the primary roof covering
  into the roof drainage system.
• Provides temporary weather protection before the installation of the primary roof covering.
