New Colours for the Lafarge Double Roman

Article Image 1

Lafarge has added more natural colours and profiles to its Redland range of concrete tiles. The Double Roman profile (pictured) is launched in both Brown Brindle and a new Terracotta Brindle colour. The range has a unique manufacturing process that prevents this risk of premature erosion and creates the classic looks of a traditional pitched roof, without the cost penalties of fully natural material. Lafarge has also launched a new natural clay plain tile colour that combines a rustic finish with distinctively varied dark tones.
The colour has been developed specifically for the South-East and is called Burnt Blend. It is the result of a new production process for the company’s Bedworth factory, which applies red and black sands in an infinitely variable mix of depths.
The Burnt Blend tile comes with a range of accessories including matching ornamentals, angles, hips, valleys, ridges and vent terminals.
